I am a mother to three amazing girls and one adorable, yet neurotic, Cockepoo. I have a degree in English/Professional Writing from Elizabethtown College and obtained a teaching certification from Alvernia University. As long as I can remember, I always felt an internal desire to put my words to paper. As a shy child, I found creating stories and poetry helped to release my ideas and inner thoughts.

I enjoy spending time with my family and watching my daughters play soccer, basketball, and the violin! I also enjoy walking outdoor and practicing yoga to help find balance and pause the nagging to-do list that permanently resides in my brain.

As life takes many turns and creates challenges, I realized that something that always makes me feel fulfilled is when I can create. I would love to help others to do the same.
